Connect Your Task App

Turn meeting commitments into ClickUp tasks, and see where work stands in your task app.

Armbrain keeps the why: the decisions, the context, the promise you made on the call. Your task app keeps the what: who does which job by when. Connect them, and commitments from your meetings can become tasks without retyping.

ClickUp: read and create

In Armbrain HQ, open Connectors, choose Connect ClickUp, sign in, and approve your workspace. Then map each ClickUp list to a client in the mapping table. Armbrain only reads mapped lists. Once it is mapped, Armbrain knows what is done, what is late and who owns it, and it can create tasks from meeting commitments.

Asana, Monday.com, Trello and Linear: read

Connect one Asana project, Monday.com board or Trello board for a client, or Linear issues for a product team, and Armbrain can tell you where the work stands. These connections read only. They do not create or change tasks.

Try it after your next call

Ask Armbrain to pull in the call, save the decisions and turn your promises into tasks. Ask it to show you the list first, so nothing lands in ClickUp until you approve it.

Then compare what was promised with what is on the board. A gap between the two is usually the next thing a client asks about.

Why it works: One ask takes a call all the way from transcript to saved decisions to tasks, and the review step means nothing reaches ClickUp until you have checked it.
