Armbrain verifies:
- Database connection (where your memories live)
- Embedding service (powers semantic search)
- Gateway connectivity (API layer)
- Pending queue (any notes stuck in limbo?)
If something's down, Armbrain tells you exactly what and gives recovery steps. Most issues resolve themselves within minutes. If they don't, the health check tells you what to report.
