The Weekly Review

A Friday sweep across every client mind to close loops and set up next week.

Friday afternoon is the best time to catch what slipped, before it turns into a Monday problem. One sweep across every client mind closes the week cleanly.

Ask for the week

What to look for

Then set up next week

Act on what you find before you log off: mark finished work done, turn at-risk items into tasks, and decide which client you will start with on Monday.

When you look across clients, keep each client's details separate. The prompt below asks Armbrain to do exactly that, which matters when you share the notes with your team.

Prefer to have it arrive on its own? The weekly summary can be scheduled by email or Slack from the Briefings page in Armbrain HQ.

Read the daily loop guide.

Try it

  • Armbrain, give me my weekly summary

  • Armbrain, give me a cross-client summary for this week

  • Armbrain, which promises are late across all my clients?

Prompt of the day

Friday sweep across your roster

Armbrain, give me a view across my whole roster. 1. Give me a cross-client summary of every active client: open promises, what was added recently, meetings today, and when each client was last touched. 2. For each client, list any promise that is late or at risk, with the owner. 3. Look across all clients for anything that shows up in more than one place, such as the same objection, the same delay or the same question from leadership. For each pattern, name the clients and the source behind each mention. 4. Suggest one action per pattern, and tell me which client to start with. 5. Keep each client's details separate in your answer. Do not copy one client's private information into advice for another. Mark anything you are unsure of. Do not save or send anything without asking me.

Why it works: It finds the late promises, the quiet clients and the patterns that repeat across accounts, keeps each client's details separate, and ends with where to start.
