ActiveCampaign connector

Connect ActiveCampaign to keep a client mind current with campaign performance

and contact records.

What it imports

• Campaign names, type, status, send dates, audience totals, unique opens,

unique link clicks, replies, unsubscribes, and bounce counts.

• Contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, created and updated dates,

activity dates, send counts, and bounce counts.

Armbrain ignores ActiveCampaign tracking hashes, IP addresses, user-agent

strings, and relationship links. Each record is attached only to the client

mind selected during setup.

Before you connect

ActiveCampaign uses an account-specific API URL and API key instead of OAuth.

Each ActiveCampaign user has a separate key.

1. In ActiveCampaign, open Settings > Developer.
2. Copy the complete API URL. Do not substitute an account name or a URL

from another screen.

Treat the API key like a password. Reset it in ActiveCampaign if it is exposed.

Connect

1. Open Settings > Connectors in Armbrain HQ.
2. Choose ActiveCampaign.
3. Select the client mind that should receive the records.
4. Paste the API URL and API key, then select Continue.

Armbrain validates the credentials against ActiveCampaign's current-user

endpoint. The API URL and key are encrypted before storage.

Sync behavior

• The first sync imports campaigns and contacts changed in the last 30 days.
• Later syncs request contact changes since the last successful poll and

refresh campaign performance from the same period.

• Collection endpoints are paginated in batches of 100.
• Polling runs every 30 minutes through Armbrain's shared connector sweep.
• A record update creates a new source version, while queue-level

deduplication prevents an unchanged version from being processed twice.

Troubleshooting

• API URL rejected: Copy the exact URL shown in ActiveCampaign

Settings > Developer. HTTPS is required.

• API key rejected: Confirm the key belongs to an active ActiveCampaign

user and reset it if necessary.

• Contact not imported: Only contacts created or updated inside the current

sync window are returned after the initial lookback.

• Connector paused: Reconnect with the current API URL and a fresh key.
