For VPs of Sales

Every deal is remembered with Armbrain.

Every deal is remembered, prepped, reviewed on the facts, and handed off cleanly with Armbrain.

Armbrain gives Claude a memory of every account: who has buying power, what the buyer objected to, and what your rep promised on which call.

See it work

Watch it remember.

More examples, each with a fictional client:

Run pipeline review on what buyers said
  1. Get me ready for Monday pipeline review. For each open deal, does what the buyer said match the stage it is in?
  2. relationshipspipeline8 open deals2 quiet 14+ days
  3. relationshipscrm_reportHubSpotread-only
  4. search_memorybudgettimelinedecision maker
  5. You have 8 open deals. 5 match what the buyer said. 3 need a closer look.

Fieldstone Software is marked as closing this month, but on the Oct 1 call Jordan said budget is not approved until January.

Harbor Dental Group and Northstar Studio have been quiet for more than 14 days.

Bring these three to review first. Check the call notes before you change a stage in HubSpot.

Fix a fact once
  1. Correction for Lumen Health Clinic: Dana is no longer the one who signs. Their new CFO, Jordan, owns the budget now. Remember that.
  2. switch_clientLumen Health Clinic
  3. store_correctiondecision makerDana to Jordan
  4. search_memoryLumen Health Clinicopen commitments
  5. Saved. From now on, briefs and drafts for Lumen Health Clinic treat Jordan as the one who signs, and Dana as your day-to-day contact.

You still owe Dana the pricing for the two new locations. You told her on the Sep 24 call it would come this week.

You only had to say it once.

Move an account to a new rep
  1. Priya is taking over Fieldstone Software from Luis. Package what she needs, and show me what Luis promised that is still open.
  2. switch_clientFieldstone Software
  3. briefingcommitment_audit4 open1 due before Oct 16
  4. handoffpackage5 people9 decisions2 Drive docs
  5. The handoff package for Priya is drafted. It covers the 5 people at Fieldstone Software, who has buying power, 9 decisions since July and the 2 key Drive docs.

Luis has 4 open promises. The security questionnaire is due before Oct 16.

The package does not send itself or give Priya access. To let Priya work in this mind, add her in HQ. Priya needs a seat of her own.

Read the package before you share it.

Prep a late-stage deal call

  1. I'm joining Luis on the Tidewater Logistics call at 2:00. Who signs, what are they worried about, and what have we promised them?
  2. switch_clientTidewater Logistics
  3. relationshipsdeal_healthproposal stagelast touch 3 days ago
  4. briefingprep_meeting2:00Jordan, Maya3 Fireflies calls
  5. Your brief for Tidewater Logistics is ready.

Who signs: Jordan, the CEO. Maya runs operations and has to say yes to the rollout plan before Jordan will sign.

What worries them: on the Sep 30 call Maya said their last vendor took four months to go live. Jordan asked twice about price for a second region.

What we promised: Luis said he would send a 60-day rollout plan and a reference call. The rollout plan went out. The reference call is still open.

This brief uses what has been saved about the account.

Plug every app into Armbrain

Calls, threads and deals, filed by account.

Try these

Copy a prompt. Swap in your client.

Paste one into Claude with Armbrain connected. Each links to the full use case.

  • Apps: Fireflies, HubSpot.

Armbrain, prep me for today. For each deal call, tell me who signs, what the buyer is worried about and what we still owe them.

    Meeting prep
  • Apps: Gmail, HubSpot.

Armbrain, which deals have gone quiet for more than two weeks? Show me deal health for each and draft a short check-in for the top one.

  • Apps: Zoom, Gmail.

    Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Tidewater Logistics Armbrain, switch to CLIENTCOMPANY, pull in today's call, save what the buyer decided and list every promise we made with its due date.

  • Apps: Google Drive, HubSpot.

    Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Fieldstone Software TEAMMATE = Priya Armbrain, package CLIENTCOMPANY for TEAMMATE: the people, who has buying power, the recent decisions and every open promise.

Fictional client names. Replace with your own.

One mind per account

Every key account, each in its own mind.

Say an account's name and Claude switches to that account's mind: its people, decisions, objections and open promises. Answers about one account come from that account's mind, not from another deal's notes.

Illustration. Client names are fictional.

Memory, not search

Your CRM has notes. Armbrain knows the deal.

Searching CRM notes or old documents brings back whatever matches, including the stale version. Armbrain keeps the current state of each account: what was decided, what changed and where you heard it.

  • Corrections stick, so the old decision maker stops coming back.
  • Promises from calls stay on a list until they are done.
  • Account memory stays whole when a rep leaves or you change AI tools.

Built to be careful

Buyers tell your team a lot. Here is how it is handled.

Each account lives in its own mind. HubSpot is read-only. Follow-up drafts wait for your OK by default before anything goes out.

Each client in its own mind

Every client gets a separate mind. Switch by name, and what you save for one client stays with that client.

Read, don't rewrite

Most connections only read. The few that add something, such as Notion recaps on pages you choose, say so on their own page.

Drafts wait for you

Follow-up drafts are shown to you for approval by default, and Armbrain does not book meetings on its own. You can change the email setting.

Questions

Questions, answered.

How is this different from searching our CRM or call recordings?
Search returns whatever matches, old and new side by side. Armbrain keeps the facts about each account current: decisions, commitments, stakeholders and corrections, each tied to where it came from. For the idea behind it, see /guides/what-is-agentic-memory.
Which CRMs and call tools does it read?
HubSpot (read-only) and Pipedrive for deals and contacts, and Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Plaud for call transcripts. Fathom needs a paid plan, and Teams may need admin approval. For anything else, tell us at /integrations/request.
What happens when a rep leaves or an account changes hands?
The account memory stays in Armbrain. Package the account for the new rep with its people, decisions and open promises. Drafting a handoff does not send it or give anyone access. Add the new rep in HQ, and each person needs their own seat.
Will it email buyers on its own?
Follow-up drafts wait for your OK by default, and you can change that setting. Armbrain does not book meetings on its own. Booking needs Claude connected to your Google Calendar.
What if a call never made it in?
A brief only uses what is stored, so a missing call is not in it. Bring in the transcript or paste your notes into that account before you rely on the brief.
