Armbrain works across many AI assistants, and each has its own way to save standing instructions. If your team uses Claude, Projects are one good option. You create one project per client, and every new chat inside it starts in that client's mind.
Quick setup, using Claude as the example
- Create a new Project and name it after the client, for example Northstar Studio.
- In the Project Instructions, add one line:
Always switch to Northstar Studio in Armbrain at the start of every conversation. - Share the project with the teammates who work on that client.
Now nobody has to remember to switch clients first, which is where most mix-ups start.
Two things to know
- Project sharing depends on your Claude plan, so check which plans include it.
- Each teammate signs in to Armbrain as themselves and needs their own Armbrain seat. The project sets the starting client. It does not give anyone access they do not already have.
