Ground Email Sequences in Data

Draft a new email sequence from the subject lines and messages that already worked for this client.

An email sequence is a short series of emails sent over days or weeks, like a welcome series for new subscribers. Most get written from scratch, in a voice that is close to the client's but not quite right.

There is a better starting point: the client's own past campaigns. When Mailchimp or Klaviyo is connected, Armbrain brings in each sent campaign's subject line, the email text, and its results totals (opens, clicks, and revenue when the app reports it). ActiveCampaign brings in campaign results too, but not the email text.

The move

These connections only bring information in. You review the drafts and load the final emails into the client's email tool yourself.

Past results are a guide, not a promise. A subject line that worked in spring may fall flat in December, so test before you roll it out. Mailchimp setup details.

Try it

  • Armbrain, which Brightpath Learning Mailchimp campaign had the best click rate this quarter, and what was its subject line?

  • Armbrain, what do Brightpath Learning's three best-performing Mailchimp subject lines have in common?

Prompt of the day

Draft a sequence from what worked

Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Brightpath Learning Armbrain, draft a four-email welcome sequence for CLIENTCOMPANY in their brand voice. Start from their Mailchimp campaigns with the best click rates, and tell me which past email shaped each draft. Draft only. Show me the drafts before anything is sent.

Why it works: It starts from emails this client's own audience already responded to, and naming the source for each draft lets you judge how much to trust it.
