For new business

Every deal is tracked with Armbrain.

Every deal is tracked, prepped, remembered, and kicked off with Armbrain.

Keep prospects, calls and promises in one place inside Claude. Turn what you learn into a proposal and kickoff.

See it work

Watch it remember.

Pick a demo. Each starts with a question and ends with an answer you can check.

More examples, each with a fictional client:

Prep a discovery call
  1. Prep me for Thursday's discovery call with Dana at Lumen Health Clinic. What do we know, and what should I ask?
  2. relationshipsdeal_healthLumen Health Clinicdiscoverylast touch 6 days ago
  3. search_memoryLumen Health ClinicGranola intro call3 Gmail threads
  4. briefingprep_meetingThu 10:00Dana
  5. Here is your brief for Thursday with Dana.

Deal health: warm, but Dana has not answered your last email from 6 days ago.

What we know: two new locations open in March, and she said referrals have dropped since spring.

You promised to send two examples of clinic launch plans. That is still open.

Ask about: who runs the website today, the budget for the March openings, and how she counts a new patient.

The brief uses stored information. Check your inbox for newer messages from Dana.

Draft the proposal outline
  1. Build a proposal outline for Fieldstone Software from what Maya told me on our two calls. Use her words where you can.
  2. ingesttranscriptGranola2 callsFieldstone Software
  3. ingestfileGoogle Driveyour last proposal
  4. search_memoryFieldstone Softwaregoalsobjections
  5. The outline has 5 sections in the shape of your last proposal, built from what Maya said on Sep 12 and Sep 24.

Her main goal: "more demos from companies over 200 people."

She named 3 problems: a slow trial signup, no nurture emails, and a sales team that does not trust the lead scores.

She asked for a 90-day plan that starts before Jan 6.

Set the scope and price. Check each quote against the call notes before sending.

Kick off a new client
  1. Fieldstone Software signed. Set up their mind, bring in the brand files and what Maya sent over, and book a 60-minute kickoff with Maya and Luis next Tuesday.
  2. mindcreateFieldstone Softwareclient mind
  3. Waiting for your OK · new client mind
  4. ingestfileGoogle DriveGmail4 files
  5. schedule_meetingcreateTue 11:0060 min2 invitees
  6. Waiting for your OK · invite list: Maya, Luis
  7. Fieldstone Software now has its own client mind.

I brought in 4 files: the signed proposal and brand guide from Google Drive, and the persona notes and last quarter's sales deck that Maya sent in Gmail.

The kickoff is on your calendar for Tue 11:00, 60 minutes. Invites went to Maya and Luis after you confirmed the list.

Check that the brand guide is the latest version before anyone starts writing.

Log a new prospect

  1. Add Tidewater Logistics as a prospect. Jordan is their CEO. Pull in yesterday's intro call and his emails, then show me where the pipeline stands.
  2. add_prospectTidewater LogisticsJordan, CEOsource: referral
  3. ingesttranscriptFireflies34 minTidewater Logistics
  4. ingestemailsGmailJordan3 emails
  5. relationshipspipeline6 prospects2 quiet 14+ days
  6. Tidewater Logistics is a new prospect in your pipeline. Jordan is the contact.

The call and 3 emails show they want more inbound freight leads. Their last agency left in June. Jordan wants a plan before budgets lock on Nov 15.

You have 6 prospects. Harbor Dental Group and Brightpath Learning have been quiet for more than 14 days.

Check the call notes for anything Fireflies misheard before you lean on them.

Plug every app into Armbrain

From first call to kickoff, one place remembers it.

Armbrain reads from 31 apps today. Connect the ones your deals live in, and each call, thread and file lands with the right prospect or client.

and 25 more

Try these

Copy a prompt. Swap in your client.

Paste one into Claude with Armbrain connected. Each links to the full use case.

  • Apps: Gmail, HubSpot.

Armbrain, which prospects have gone quiet for more than two weeks? Show me deal health for each and draft a short, warm check-in for the top one.

  • Apps: Gmail, Granola.

    Change these first:

PROSPECTCOMPANY = Lumen Health Clinic PROSPECTCONTACT = Dana Armbrain, prep me for Thursday's discovery call with PROSPECTCONTACT at PROSPECTCOMPANY. What do we already know, what did I promise, and what should I ask?

    Meeting prep
  • Apps: Granola, Fireflies.

    Change these first:

PROSPECTCOMPANY = Fieldstone Software PROSPECTCONTACT = Maya Armbrain, from my two calls with PROSPECTCONTACT at PROSPECTCOMPANY, list what they said they need, in their own words, so I can build the proposal.

  • Apps: Google Drive, Gmail.

    Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Fieldstone Software CLIENTCONTACT = Maya Armbrain, CLIENTCOMPANY signed. Create their client mind, bring in the brand files from Google Drive, and book the kickoff with CLIENTCONTACT and their team once I confirm the invite list.

Fictional client names. Replace with your own.

One mind per client

Each new client gets a mind on day one.

When a prospect signs, give them a mind and bring in the calls and files you already have. Say their name and Claude loads only their goals, people and promises.

Works where you work

Change AI tools. Keep the memory.

Armbrain works in Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Claude Code and Cursor. Your pipeline, minds and connections live in Armbrain, not in one chat window.

  • Prospect notes stay put when you change tools.
  • A new client mind is ready wherever you open Claude.
  • Start with one prospect, then add the rest.

Built to be careful

Prospects share a lot before they sign. Here is how it is handled.

Each client stays in its own mind. HubSpot is read-only. Email drafts wait for your OK by default. Invites go out only after you confirm who is invited.

Each client in its own mind

Every client gets a separate mind. Switch by name, and what you save for one client stays with that client.

Read, don't rewrite

Most connections only read. The few that add something, such as Notion recaps on pages you choose, say so on their own page.

Drafts wait for you

Follow-up drafts are shown to you for approval by default, and meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited. You can change the email setting.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Where do prospects live before they sign?
In your pipeline. Add a prospect with a contact and notes, check deal health, and plan follow-ups. You can also see them in HQ, the Armbrain web dashboard, under Prospects.
Does it write the proposal for me?
It drafts an outline from what the prospect said on calls and in email, using what is stored. You set the scope and the price, and you check the draft before it goes anywhere.
Is each client's information kept separate?
Yes. Each client gets its own mind, and switching by name loads only that client's context. For how data is handled, see /security and /privacy.
Will it email prospects or book calls on its own?
Follow-up drafts wait for your OK by default, and you can change that setting. Meetings are booked only after you confirm who is invited, and booking needs Claude connected to your Google Calendar.
What if the app I use isn't listed?
Tell us at /integrations/request which app your deals or calls live in. Until then, you can paste notes into Claude and save them to the right prospect or client.
