How connections work
Connect once. It lands with the right client.
Three steps. Each app's own page has the exact details.
Connect the app.
In Armbrain HQ, open Connectors, pick the app, and sign in or paste a key on the secure setup page. Never paste a key into a chat.
Say which client it belongs to.
Most meeting and email apps sort themselves by who was in the room or on the thread. Most other apps go to the one client mind you pick, and a few let you map each list or page to a client. Anything unclear waits in your review queue for you to decide.
It arrives in that client's mind.
Armbrain pulls out the decisions, commitments and people, and keeps them with that client. Ask about them in your AI any time.
Reading, not rewriting
Almost every connection only reads. The few that can add something are named on their pages: Notion can add meeting recaps and prep comments to pages you mark as trusted, Zoom can create a meeting when you ask, ClickUp can create a task when you route tasks there, Slack posts your briefings to the channel you pick, and Monday.com gets a webhook (a small change alert) added to the board you connect. None of them edit or delete what is already there.
Available connections depend on your account, the app's own permissions, and rollout. HQ shows the setup available to you. Enter access keys only in HQ, never in a support message or a chat.
Before you connect an app, read its page here, check the permissions screen the app shows you, and see how we handle data on our security page.
