Connect your Fathom account to automatically import meeting recordings - including AI-generated summaries, action items, and highlights - into the right client minds in Armbrain.
What gets imported
Every Fathom recording is ingested with:
- Full transcript with speaker names
- AI summary (Fathom's own meeting summary)
- Action items with assignees
- Highlights and key moments
Armbrain uses Fathom's attendee data (specifically the is_external flag on calendar invitees) to route each meeting to the right client mind automatically.
Requirements
- A paid Fathom plan (Premium at $19/month or above)
- Calendar integration enabled in Fathom (for attendee-based routing)
Setup
From the dashboard
- Go to hq.armbrain.io
- Open the Connectors tab
- Click Connect Fathom
- Sign in with your Fathom account and authorize Armbrain
From Claude
Ask Claude:
Connect my Fathom account
Claude will provide an authorization link. Click it, sign in to Fathom, and approve the connection.
How it works
Once connected, Armbrain polls your Fathom account every 30 minutes for new recordings. Each new recording is:
- Discovered with its action items, highlights, and attendee list
- Routed to the correct client mind based on who was in the meeting (external attendees map to client minds)
- Ingested with the full transcript and AI summary fetched separately for maximum detail
Disconnecting
From the dashboard, find Fathom in your connectors list and click Disconnect. Or ask Claude:

Troubleshooting
"Fathom OAuth not configured" - Contact Armbrain support. The server needs Fathom OAuth credentials configured.
No meetings appearing - Make sure you have a paid Fathom plan and that recordings exist in your account. Free Fathom accounts don't have API access.
Meetings not routing to the right client - Fathom uses calendar invitees to determine routing. Make sure your calendar integration is active in Fathom so attendee data is available.
