Connect Google Analytics (GA4)

Connect a GA4 property to one client mind and Armbrain will add one plain-English traffic summary for each completed week. It includes sessions, users, channel mix, key events, and top pages. Raw analytics rows are not stored as memories.

Before you connect

You need the GA4 Property ID, which is a number such as 123456789.

  1. Open Google Analytics.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Under Property, open Property details.
  4. Copy the numeric Property ID.

Do not use the Measurement ID that begins with G-. The Google Analytics Data API only accepts the numeric Property ID.

Connect from Armbrain HQ

  1. Open Settings → Connectors in Armbrain HQ.
  2. Choose Google Analytics (GA4).
  3. Pick the client mind that owns this website data.
  4. Paste the numeric Property ID.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Open the Google sign-in link and approve read-only Analytics access.
  7. Return to Armbrain. The connector will show as active after authorization finishes.

Use one connector per GA4 property and client mind. If a client has multiple properties, connect each property separately.

What gets added

Armbrain checks GA4 daily but creates at most one memory per completed ISO week, Monday through Sunday. The current week is never summarized before it finishes. Rechecking the same property and week uses the same source key, so it does not create duplicate weekly memories.

The connection is read-only. Armbrain cannot change your Analytics settings or data.
