Connect HubSpot

In Armbrain HQ, select the client's mind and choose Connect HubSpot in Connectors. Or switch to that client in Claude and ask it to connect HubSpot.
Approve Armbrain's read-only HubSpot app. A HubSpot admin may need to allow the install.
Let it load. Large accounts take a while for the first history load.

Questions about HubSpot

What does Armbrain read from HubSpot?

Contacts, companies, deals and owners, the links between them, and logged notes, calls, meetings and tasks. It also writes itself a regular summary of channels, revenue, geography and lost-deal reasons.

Can Armbrain change anything in HubSpot?

No. Armbrain requests read-only access and never creates, edits, or deletes records.

How does Armbrain know which client it belongs to?

You connect HubSpot from a client's or prospect's mind, and everything from that HubSpot account goes to that mind.

How do I disconnect HubSpot?

Open Connectors in Armbrain HQ and choose Disconnect on HubSpot, or ask Claude to disconnect your HubSpot connection. New records stop coming in. Armbrain also asks HubSpot to cancel its access when you disconnect. What was already saved stays in the mind. To remove that too, ask us on the support page.
