Teach It Your Personal Voice

Share three emails you wrote, and your drafts start to sound like you.

Each client has a brand voice for content written on their behalf. Emails from you to a client are different. They should sound like you: your greeting, your sign-off, how long you usually write, how direct you are.

That voice lives in your personal mind, which Armbrain keeps separate from every client. You do not need to create it. You only need to teach it once.

How to teach it

From then on, follow-up emails, proposals and handoff notes are drafted in that voice. Drafts still wait for your approval before anything is sent, and that is the default setting.

Your style changes over time. When it does, paste a few newer emails and run it again. Read the personal voice guide.

Try it

  • Armbrain, learn my writing voice from these three emails.

  • Armbrain, show me my saved writing voice.

  • Armbrain, draft a thank-you note to the founder of Lumen Health Clinic in my voice. Show me the draft first.

Prompt of the day

Test your voice on a real reply

Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Northstar Studio CLIENTCONTACT = Maya Armbrain, draft a reply to CLIENTCONTACT's last email about the CLIENTCOMPANY launch date, in my voice. Show me the draft before anything is sent.

Why it works: A real reply to a real person is the fastest way to check whether the draft sounds like you, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
