The Context Switch Briefing

Catch up fast when you jump from one client call straight into another.

Back-to-back calls with different clients are hard. You leave a casual chat with a design studio and walk straight into a formal review with a dental group, still thinking about the last call.

Armbrain helps in two ways.

It happens on its own in meeting prep. When you prep a call and Armbrain sees you had a meeting with a different client in the 30 minutes before, the brief opens with a short Context Switch section:

You can ask for it anytime. Coming back to a client after a few days away? Switch to them and ask your AI assistant to catch you up on what changed since your last meeting.

Either way, ask for dates and sources so you can see what is fresh and what might be stale. Read the context switch guide.

Try it

  • Armbrain, switch to Harbor Dental Group and catch me up.

  • Armbrain, what changed at Northstar Studio since my last meeting with them?

  • Armbrain, prep my 2 PM call with Harbor Dental Group.

Prompt of the day

Three clients, one clear head

Change these first:

CLIENTCOMPANY = Harbor Dental Group Armbrain, I have calls with three clients today and need to get my head straight. 1. Give me a short summary across all my clients: open commitments, recent activity, and today's meetings. 2. Switch to CLIENTCOMPANY and catch me up: current priorities, decisions from the last 30 days, open commitments, and the people I will likely talk to. 3. Tell me what changed since my last CLIENTCOMPANY meeting. Show the date and source for every point, and say which client each point came from. Flag anything that looks out of date or is missing so I can check it before the call.

Why it works: It gives you the whole day first, then a focused catch-up on one client, and labels every point with its client and source so nothing bleeds between accounts.
