One mind per client. Each client's notes, meetings and email live in that client's mind. When you switch to Harbor Dental Group, your AI assistant answers from Harbor Dental Group's mind. Keep it that way by choosing the right mind when you add something, and by saving each client's people and email domains so connected email files to the right place.
Roles decide what teammates see. You give people access to the specific clients they work on, and each person needs their own seat. An editor sees everything in that mind. A VA (virtual assistant) or viewer sees regular notes only. Notes Armbrain marks as sensitive, such as pay, contracts or legal matters, stay hidden from them.
Handoffs are drafts. When an engagement ends, you can package a client mind for a handoff or export it. Drafting a handoff does not send it or give anyone access.
