Your inbox and meetings are flowing in, and every client has its own mind. Now the question is what to ask.
You do not need to write prompts from scratch. The Armbrain Prompt Library holds 129 tested, copy-paste prompts for fractional CMOs, sorted into ten jobs. A few to try this week:
- Inbox: what each client sent this week, and what is waiting on you.
- Meetings: call prep, pulling action items out of a call, and recaps.
- Reporting: weekly traffic updates from GA4 (Google Analytics 4), monthly client summaries, and campaign reviews.
- Content: drafts in each client's brand voice, from the guidelines saved in their mind.
- Business OS: quarterly rocks, sprint planning, and leadership meeting agendas.
- Follow-through: tracking open promises and drafting follow-up emails for your review.
How to use it
- Filter by job, or by apps you use, such as Gmail, Granola or ClickUp.
- Click "Copy prompt" on any card.
- Paste it into your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another) and swap in your real client.
Start each prompt with "Armbrain," so your assistant knows to look in your client minds. If a prompt drafts a message or creates tasks, end it with "Show me the draft before anything is sent."
