Meetings

Leave every call with decisions, owners and next steps.

For anyone who runs client calls with a note-taker like Granola or Zoom. Armbrain files the transcript in the right client's mind. It extracts decisions, promises, and attendees. One prompt creates tasks, a recap and a follow-up call. Nothing is booked until you confirm invites.

The grind

The call went well. The notes are a mess.

An hour of good conversation turns into a transcript nobody reads. The promise made in minute 40 lives in your head until Friday, the new stakeholder's name is spelled three ways, and the next meeting is 'let's find a time'. By the next call, half of it is gone.

  • Promises made on the call are forgotten by the next one.
  • Tasks get typed into the project tool by hand, if they get typed at all.
  • The recap goes out late, or never.

The flow

6 steps · 4 apps

From transcript to next steps

  1. Find the call

Armbrain looks for recent meetings in your connected note-taker. Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Plaud all work. Fathom needs a paid Fathom plan, and Teams may need your admin's approval.

    ingestfind_meetings
  2. File it under the right client

The transcript goes into the matching client's mind. Armbrain pulls out the decisions, the commitments and the people on the call.

    ingesttranscript
  3. Check what it found

Read the decisions and commitments it saved and fix anything it misheard. New memories from some sources wait in a review queue until you approve them.

    search_memory
  4. Turn promises into tasks

Commitments from the call can become tasks with an owner and a due date. If your team works in ClickUp, the task is created there.

    workcreate_task
  5. Post the recap

If you use Notion, Armbrain can write a recap onto the client's meeting page, but only on pages you have marked as trusted.

    briefingwrite_meeting_recap
  6. Book the next call

Ask for the next meeting. Armbrain shows you exactly who will be invited and waits for you to confirm before any invite goes out. This needs Claude's Google Calendar connection.

The payoff

Every call leaves a trail you can use.

Decisions are saved where the next brief will find them. Promises have owners and dates. If you use Notion, the recap is on the client's page while the call is still fresh, and the next meeting is on the calendar before anyone forgets to book it.

CLIENTCOMPANY = Brightpath Learning

Armbrain, I just finished a call with CLIENTCOMPANY. Help me close it out.

1. Find my most recent CLIENTCOMPANY meeting in my connected note-taker and bring in the transcript. If you cannot find it, tell me and stop.
2. List the decisions made, the commitments made (who promised what, and by when), and any new people who joined.
3. For each commitment I own, suggest a task with a due date. Show me the list before you create anything.
4. Write a short recap I can share: decisions, owners and next steps.
5. If we agreed on a next meeting, propose a time and show me the exact invite list. Do not book anything until I confirm.

Quote the part of the transcript each decision and commitment came from. Flag anything that was unclear on the call.

Example prompt. The client and people in it are fictional; replace them with your own.

Before you rely on it: Armbrain can only pull out what the transcript captured. Check decisions and commitments before sharing. Fix errors so future briefs stay accurate.
