Inbox
Every client email, filed where it belongs.
For fractional CMOs and agencies with one shared inbox. Connect Gmail once. Threads route to each client's mind, or wait for review if unclear. One prompt shows you what came in, client by client.
- Gmail
- Missive
The grind
One inbox, eight clients, no filing system.
Clients decide things over email. An approval arrives on Tuesday night, a budget change hides in a reply-all, a new contact joins a thread. None reaches meeting notes unless copied manually, and there is rarely time.
- Decisions made by email never make it into the next meeting brief.
- You open three threads to find out which launch date is the current one.
- A new client contact writes in and you are not sure which account they belong to.
The flow
From a crowded inbox to the right mind
Connect Gmail once
Connect your Gmail account to Armbrain, then ask which apps are connected to check that it is live. From then on, client threads come in without you forwarding or pasting anything. A shared Missive team inbox can also feed one client's mind; it needs a Missive API token.
connectorslistEach thread finds its client
Armbrain matches a thread to a client by who sent it, then files it in that client's mind, where you can search it later in plain words.
ingestemailsUnclear threads wait for you
If a sender matches no client or multiple clients, Armbrain holds the thread for review. Assign the sender once, and future threads file there automatically.
Correct it once
Correct any mistake in plain words, like budget sign-offs. Armbrain saves it as a rule for future threads.
store_correctionAsk what came in, client by client
Switch to a client and ask what arrived this week. You get the approvals, changes and open questions from their email, each with the thread it came from.
search_memoryReply in your voice
Ask for a reply. Armbrain drafts it in your voice with that client's context and shows you the draft. It waits for your OK before anything is sent, unless you have changed that setting.

The payoff
Email stops being a second, separate memory.
Email decisions now sit beside call decisions. Briefs, follow-ups, and reports draw on both. No more mental tracking across accounts.
Armbrain, help me catch up on client email. 1. List the apps connected to Armbrain, and tell me if Gmail is not connected. 2. For each of my active clients, switch to that client's mind and find what arrived by email in the last 7 days. 3. For each client, give me: approvals or decisions, changed dates or budgets, new people who wrote in, and questions still waiting on me. 4. Tell me if any email is waiting for my review because it did not match a client. For each one you can see, suggest which client it belongs to. Wait for me to confirm before you file anything. 5. If a reply is needed, draft it in my voice and show me the draft. Do not send anything. Show the email each point came from, with its date. Mark anything you are unsure of.
Example prompt. The client and people in it are fictional; replace them with your own.
Before you rely on it: Armbrain can only file what it can match. New senders wait in review, so clear that queue before relying on a summary. Replies stay drafts by default unless you enable auto-send.
