New business

No prospect goes quiet because you forgot.

For consultants and agencies selling while delivering. Each prospect gets a mind remembering every call. One prompt shows which deals are cooling and drafts the follow-ups for your approval.

The grind

Client work always wins, and the pipeline pays for it.

A great discovery call on Monday. Then two client fires, a report and a board deck. Three weeks pass, the prospect goes quiet, and your follow-up starts with an apology.

  • Deals go cold before you notice.
  • Follow-ups sound generic because the details of the call are gone.
  • Nobody owns the next step, so there is no next step.

The flow

6 steps · 4 apps

From discovery call to a follow-up that lands

  1. Add the prospect

Tell Armbrain about the prospect in a sentence. It gives them a mind of their own and a place in your pipeline.

    add_prospect
  2. Keep the call

Granola calls save to the prospect's mind: goals, worries, decision makers, and promises.

    ingesttranscript
  3. Add the CRM record

If the prospect is in HubSpot, Armbrain can pull a HubSpot report for them. HubSpot access is read-only, so nothing changes.

  4. See the whole pipeline

See every open deal and stage in one list. Connect Pipedrive to import deals, people, and activities.

  5. Check a deal before you reach out

Check one deal's health: the buying signals and objections from your calls, how long it has sat at its current stage, and whether it has gone stale.

  6. Draft the follow-up

Armbrain drafts follow-ups using details from calls and Gmail threads. Review, edit, and approve drafts before sending by default.

The payoff

Follow-ups that show you were listening.

Saved calls let follow-ups reference specific problems and promises. The pipeline focuses your time. Won deals keep every note.

Armbrain, help me follow up with prospects this week.

1. Show my pipeline: every open prospect, their stage, and when we last spoke.
2. Flag any deal where we have not spoken in 14 days or more, or where I promised something and have not delivered it.
3. For each flagged deal, check deal health (buying signals, objections, days at the current stage) and give me the single best next step in one line.
4. For the three most important flagged deals, draft a short follow-up email in my voice. Each one must mention something specific the prospect told us, with its source.
5. Show me every draft. Do not send anything until I approve it.

If a prospect is in HubSpot, you may use a HubSpot report for background. Armbrain only reads HubSpot.

Example prompt. The client and people in it are fictional; replace them with your own.

Before you rely on it: Deal health depends on the calls, emails and notes that reach each prospect's mind. Drafts require approval by default. Review each one before sending, especially prices or dates.
