Zoom + Armbrain
Zoom calls, filed by client. Armbrain reads cloud recording transcripts and sets up meetings on request.
Zoom cloud recording
What Armbrain takes from Zoom
Armbrain reads the transcripts Zoom makes for your cloud recordings.
- The transcript text of each cloud recording, with the meeting topic as its title.
- Decisions, commitments, and people, saved to that client's mind.
- It can also create new Zoom meetings when you ask.
Audio and video files stay in Zoom. Only the text transcript comes in.

Good to know
- Zoom only makes transcripts for cloud recordings. That needs a paid Zoom plan with cloud recording and audio transcript turned on. Local recordings are not read.
- If you connected Zoom before meeting creation was added, reconnect once so Armbrain can create meetings.
