Set Up Your CMO Profile

Five quick questions so Armbrain works the way you do.

Client rules shape how Armbrain works for each client. Your CMO profile shapes how it works for you: how you like information laid out, what you know well, and what you check before work goes out.

Setup is a short interview. Ask your AI assistant to set up your CMO profile, and it asks five questions, one at a time:

  1. How do you like information presented?
  2. What should Armbrain handle on its own, and what should it check with you?
  3. What challenges keep coming up for you?
  4. What quality checks matter most to you?
  5. Where are you an expert, and where are you still learning?

Each answer is saved to your personal mind as you go, so you can stop and pick it up later. Your meeting prep and writing then follow those preferences without you repeating them.

Later, when something in a brief bugs you, say it in plain words, like "lead with action items", and ask Armbrain to save it as a correction so it sticks. Your profile is a set of preferences, not permissions: no answer gives Armbrain permission to send, publish or spend anything. Read the CMO profile guide.

Try it

  • Armbrain, set up my CMO profile.

  • Armbrain, show me my CMO profile.

  • Armbrain, update my profile: put action items first in every meeting brief.

Prompt of the day

Set up your profile and see the difference

Armbrain, set up my CMO profile. Ask me the five questions one at a time and save each answer to my personal mind. When we are done, prep me for my next client meeting so I can see the profile at work.

Why it works: Seeing a real meeting brief right after the interview shows you what each answer changed, so you can adjust anything that is off.
