In Armbrain HQ, go to Connectors, choose Fireflies, and paste your API key.
Armbrain gives you a webhook link. Add it in your Fireflies settings.

Good to know

Transcripts are matched by the people on the call. Calls with nobody Armbrain recognizes wait in your review queue.
If your Fireflies key is revoked or replaced, the connection pauses until you reconnect with the new key.

Questions about Fireflies

What does Armbrain read from Fireflies?

Your call transcripts, with each call's title, date, participants and speakers. From each one it pulls out decisions, commitments and people.

Can Armbrain change anything in Fireflies?

No. Armbrain only reads transcripts. It does not edit, delete or share anything in Fireflies.

How does Armbrain know which client a call belongs to?

It matches the people on the call to the people saved in each client's mind. When there is no match, the transcript waits in your review queue and you pick the client.

How do I disconnect Fireflies?

Open Connectors in Armbrain HQ and choose Disconnect on Fireflies, or ask Claude to disconnect your Fireflies connection. New transcripts stop coming in. You can also remove the webhook address from your Fireflies settings. What was already saved stays in the mind. To remove that too, ask us on the support page.
