Questions about Gmail

What does Armbrain read from Gmail?

Connected inbox threads: senders, recipients, subject and text. It saves approvals, decisions, dates and commitments to each client.

Can Armbrain change anything in Gmail?

No. Armbrain asks Google for read-only Gmail access. It cannot send, delete, label or change any email. When it drafts a follow-up for you, the default is to show you the draft and wait for your OK.

How does Armbrain know which client an email belongs to?

It matches the sender and recipients, and their company domains, to the people saved in each client's mind. When the match is not clear, the thread waits in your review queue.

How do I disconnect Gmail?

Open Connectors in Armbrain HQ and choose Disconnect on Gmail, or ask Claude to disconnect your Gmail connection. New threads stop coming in. You can also remove Armbrain from your Google account's third-party access page. What was already saved stays in the mind. To remove that too, ask us on the support page.
