Notion + Armbrain

Connect Notion once and tell Armbrain which client each page belongs to. On pages you trust, it can add meeting recaps and prep notes for you.

Writes only to pages you choose

Assign each shared page to a client.

What Armbrain takes from Notion

Armbrain reads only the pages and databases you share in Notion's own picker.

  • Page text: headings, lists, to-dos, callouts, quotes, code and table rows.
  • Each database row as its own page, with its columns such as Status, Owner and dates.
  • Changes to those pages, so the mind stays current.
Left alone

Trash pages and board pages that only list other pages are skipped.

Good to know

  • Write-back stays off until you pick trusted pages. Armbrain only adds text, marked Generated by Armbrain.
  • Unrouted pages go to the best match, or your company mind. A hold setting can keep them waiting for you instead.
  • If a page's title matches one of that client's rocks, the rock's status follows the page's Status column.
