What Armbrain takes from Slack
Armbrain sends data to Slack, not the other way around.
- Armbrain posts scheduled briefings to your chosen channel.
- It can create a private channel for only you and the Armbrain bot.
- It keeps your workspace name, the channel you chose, and an encrypted access token.
This connection does not save your Slack messages as memories.
What it's good for
Read your morning briefing where you already start the day.
Start the day with a briefingRead the weekly summary in Slack before you write the client report.

Good to know
- Your Slack admin may need to approve the Armbrain Briefings app.
- To use an existing private channel, invite the bot to it first.
- Reading Slack conversations into a client's mind is not part of this connection.
