Sub-Processor Disclosure

Armbrain (operated by Volacci Agency, LLC) uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide the service. This list satisfies the disclosure requirement of GDPR Article 28(3)(c).

All sub-processors are located in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the sub-processor’s EU Data Processing Addendum where applicable.

Changes to this list

We will notify customers at the email address on their account at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor or making a material change to an existing one. You may object to a new sub-processor by contacting us within that 30-day window.
